- Completion date for Phase 1 is February 13, 2009
- Phase 1 to be sheeted (roof and walls) by December 12
- Shingle crew to complete work the week of Dec. 15
- All 50 geothermal system wells have been dug
- Building dried-in and temp-heated prior to Christmas
- Trim changed to oak in many areas of Phase 2 due to donation of materials from CLC member in Markesan area
- Stained glass representations of Luther’s Seal and ILC Logo for gable ends of west elevation are being constructed off-site. Cost of materials only not to exceed $5K. M&J will construct gable framing and lighting at no additional cost.
- Tentative completion date for Phase 2 is May 1

Update from Building Committee
There was a progress meeting with Market and Johnson this past Friday (Dec. 5) regarding the building. Here are some notes:
